Mr. Vishal H Sheth, is a second-generation Entrepreneur and Promoter of Ridhi Petrochem. He with his educational background, passion for innovative packaging solutions and involvement since inception has paved way for the company to grow from a small unit to a mid-scale unit with installed capacity of more than 10000 metric tons annually. He has always focused on innovation and value addition while delivering the solution to his customers and has created that culture in his organization right from the bottom to top. Values and principles of his first generation are well practiced in his organization under his leadership, hence solidifying the trust and respect intact thru out the organization, recognition as an astute businessmen in the market, and a stable and sustainable business group by all stakeholders. He has constantly thrived to better the lives of his people, and has inducted many a programs for betterment of lives of his company personnel thru various onsite consultation with life enhancing Gurus, fire safety training, life saving techniques in emergencies, health enhancing tools workshops, good manufacturing practice workshop and many other such initiatives for an wholesome involvement of his taskforce in taking their lives sincerely and bettering it by promoting and education them with basic knowledge of paraphernalia. With a vision to further expand, Vishal has embarked on developing strong foothold in export markets and in local regional markets. He is building the company brick by brick and making it foundationally strong to withhold all challenges that future may have to offer, and at same time is making company future ready by making it more and more technologically advanced.

He has been synonumous with packaging since the 1983 cricket world cup that happened in india, and he was the preferred partner to develop a first packging of its kind for marvel chips who were even sponsors of the world cup in that era. From there his name is inked in the books of flexible packging industry as the veteran and a visionary who can provide any kind of solution for any product or situaiton in the flexible packaging arena. Long years of experience in the field and eventful years in his life with his previous stints with different group of companies in the flexible packing industry provides a lot of impetus and edge to rppl into the market place. And lastly, his administrative & organisational skills have shaped the disciplinary yet robust, sustainable yet progressive & organically growing enterprise which has turned zero debt company in year 2019. Words may not resound his sound personality but company has tried to put it in perspective at best here to explain the founder. His mantra in business was always straight and clear: work for the profits as so many families rely on your company and serve clients needs before any other need to keep market intact for any times coming ahead, and most importantly take debt if it can be serviced from accruals and sustained without stress on company assets.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - OPERATIONS & PROJECTS
A Engineering graduate from Mumbai University, with over 17 Years experience in Project & Operations. Executed several projects in the field of Steel, Infrastructure & Flexible Packaging. Has worked with esteemed organisation like Multiform Machinery, Valluko Infrastructure Ltd & Sharp Industries Ltd. Presently associated the RPL since 2012 handling operations and day to day functioning of the company.
